Our Advanced Oxygen Advantage Instructor, Beth, offers tailored corporate and group programs (via both individual consultations and group workshops) - sessions can be held in-person (Twin Cities, MN) or virtually. Participants are provided with personalized guidance to meet their unique needs, and to ensure each person get the most out of each consultation or workshop session. The breathing exercises recommended, evolve with each session, tailored each time based on specific goals, current health status, breathing assessments, and symptoms being experienced.
